• Serve as the Agency's Medical Advisor for clinical oversight and physician-level consultation • Participate in Ethics Committee matters when clinical or patient care questions require physician input • Support verification and review of referring physician credentials and orders as needed • Provide guidance on plan of care questions when clinical staff or the Director of Nursing need physician-level input • Be available for periodic consultation, not day-to-day clinical management
🎯 Requirements
• Active, unrestricted physician license (MD or DO) • Experience with home health, private duty, or a comparable care setting is a strong plus • Comfort operating in an advisory capacity rather than a full-time clinical role • Responsiveness and reachability for periodic consultation, even with limited hours
