⢠Serves as the first point of contact for patients ⢠Provide exceptional customer service while facilitating general appointment and escalation appointment scheduling ⢠Register new patients and review demographics for existing patients ⢠Insurance verification and answering general patient questions ⢠Preparing patient messages to providers, triage, surgical scheduling and other internal departments ⢠Resolve patient inquiries and concerns and escalate emergent concerns appropriately and in a timely manner
đŻ Requirements
⢠High School Diploma ⢠One year of experience working in a medical practice or in a health insurance organization ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Prior use of EMR systems preferred ⢠Demonstrates strong self-management skills in a remote work environment ⢠Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. ⢠Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. ⢠Thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
