📋 Description

• Build and own financial and operating models that inform pricing, demand, revenue strategy, and long-term planning • Generate insights from financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve performance • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario planning and variance analysis • Work with the CEO and VP of Development to determine short- and long-term fundraising needs, develop grant budgets, and manage expenditures against grants • Partner cross-functionally with program, development, and sales teams to align on priorities, track performance, and support execution • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and the Board • Evaluate new programs, partnerships, and growth opportunities through financial modeling and ROI analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics or related analytical field • Experience with commercial/consumer modeling and/or SAAS • 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A role, corporate finance, consulting or investment banking, etc. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfort working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment • Ability to work easily with people at all levels of the organization • Team player with a willingness and eagerness to help • Self-starter able to work independently • Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality • Proficiency with database applications like Excel VBA and other data analysis tools
