📋 Description

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives supporting growth, pipeline, brand, and commercial objectives • Identify growth opportunities and bring forward strategic, creative, and data-driven ideas • Translate business priorities into marketing plans with measurable goals and outcomes • Manage campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization • Drive performance across website, email marketing, social media, paid media, and other marketing channels • Own demand generation strategy to build and convert qualified leads and support top-of-funnel growth • Design and execute campaigns generating awareness, engagement, and Marketing Qualified Leads • Partner with Sales and Legal Engineering to align marketing activity with pipeline and revenue goals • Develop and edit website, blog, email, social media, advertising, sales collateral, and other customer-facing content • Translate complex product, AI, and legal technology concepts into messaging for law firm audiences • Shape Newcode’s market positioning, messaging, brand voice, and visual identity • Own website content, messaging, landing pages, SEO, email automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing • Lead marketing strategy and execution for conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and field marketing initiatives • Track event performance and ROI • Define, monitor, and report marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership • Establish testing, learning, and continuous optimization across marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in a AI / tech start up • 5+ years experience in AI / legal tech • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus • Candidates must be authorized to work in the applicable country without employer sponsorship
