📋 Description
• Supporting project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. • Coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and communicating with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success. • Planning and scheduling project work orders based on priorities and resource availability. • Coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams. • Tracking and documenting work order tickets and billing requirements. • Monitoring performance of work orders and communicating with customers.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic familiarity with project management tools • Associate’s degree preferred • PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification
