📋 Description

• Build and lead Newfire's clinical data engineering capability • Evolve healthcare data architecture and reusable patterns for data engineering problems • Identify opportunities for client value in data engineering • Provide technical leadership in client engagements • Review architectures and debug pipeline issues • Serve as a liaison between data engineering and other consulting teams • Develop and mentor data engineering talent

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare data engineering • Deep healthcare data domain expertise • Modern data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, dbt • Strong SQL proficiency • Experience in building data pipelines front to back • Consulting or multi-client experience • Commercial instinct to create business value from data engineering
