📋 Description

• Call provided client leads (not random cold calling) • Use a provided script to book appointments • Enter call notes and appointment details into our system/CRM • Coordinate with the team about appointments set and outcomes • Be consistent with attendance and daily performance

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken English (clear, easy to understand) • Comfortable making outbound calls using a script • Ability to follow instructions and scripts while sounding conversational • Strong organization and attention to detail • Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (required) • Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment • Ability to work exactly Monday-Thursday, 9am-1pm EST
