📋 Description

• Co-own and prioritize the Order-to-Cash roadmap based on core business needs and customer impact • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for enhancements and major platform capabilities • Partner with Engineering and QA teams to deliver system capabilities • Review test plans, validate results, and coordinate cross-functional User Acceptance Testing • Design, document, and continuously improve key operational procedures • Establish processes for large-scale, cross-functional launches, including new product SKUs and updated buying programs • Help stakeholders navigate customization trade-offs and create scalable solutions that drive revenue • Investigate billing and usage data discrepancies, troubleshoot edge cases, and maintain high data integrity • Report directly to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business, Billing, or Revenue Operations within high-growth, consumption-based B2B SaaS environments • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex operational concepts for diverse audiences • Highly detail-oriented • Comfortable with numbers • Structured problem-solving approach • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Criminal background check required to join New Relic • Must verify identity and eligibility to work and complete employment eligibility verification • May be required to pass an export compliance assessment
