📋 Description

• Develop narrative strategies tailored to clients' organizations, goals, and contexts • Guide clients through strategic processes and build internal alignment and buy-in • Define key messages, target audiences, brand pillars, and thematic frames • Collaborate with data and research teams to develop audience insights • Establish Creator Command Center workflows and tools • Manage partner agency and vendor relationships • Coordinate creator recruitment, onboarding, timelines, and deliverables • Build and steward a roster of creators across platforms • Direct creative strategy for high-stakes issues • Translate culture and audience insights into messaging and creator strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in narrative strategy, campaign communications, political or issue-based strategy, or a closely related field • Track record of leading high-stakes, high-velocity work • Ability to develop overarching narrative and messaging frameworks across complex, fast-moving issue landscapes • Ability to engage and build trust with senior, high-level clients • Exceptional synthesis and writing skills • Collaborative leadership style • Entrepreneurial orientation • Experience designing or refining organizational offerings, products, or service models • Experience in movement communications, advocacy, or issue-area campaigning outside traditional electoral contexts • Familiarity with creator ecosystems and influencer strategy • Remote and US-based; strong preference for candidates based in New York, Toronto, or Los Angeles
