📋 Description

• Present and convey client information to independent contractors in a live virtual environment • Co-facilitate certification groups • Complete daily roll-ups to Operations on class progress • Collaborate with campaign managers to keep client policies and procedures up to date • Create and update certification content • Gather contractor feedback to identify trends • Host refreshers on client policies, products, and procedures • Implement and evaluate certification techniques • Meet one-on-one with contractors who are behind on certification content • Support new contractors during their first 1–2 weeks after certification • Deliver required client content so contractors can provide services and meet client goals • Format client content for virtual presentation and make it interactive, fun, and engaging • Re-certify existing independent contractors on new client information

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint • Organized and careful about time management • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Own laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam • Fast and stable internet connection • Headset fitted with a microphone • Technological proficiency • Must be available nights and weekends as needed • Maintain a professional, well-lit, distraction-free work environment • Travel to NexRep headquarters a minimum of twice per year and to clients’ locations for business meetings as needed • Temporary, non-exempt status
