📋 Description

• Administer and support the iGrafx BPM and TIM Solutions platforms across development, UAT, and production environments • Manage repository and automation lifecycles, releases, upgrades, patches, interfaces, SSO/Azure AD, API keys, user groups, roles, permissions, and account synchronization • Troubleshoot platform issues and maintain the knowledge base • Handle incidents and change/access requests and liaise with vendor support • Maintain user guides, training materials, KPI dashboards, and master data • Evaluate process automation requests through requirements analysis, solution design, budget and timeline estimation, scope agreement, and business case/governance support • Support process documentation and modeling according to BPM standards • Run process-mapping workshops and improvement initiatives • Maintain the process repository and documentation • Design and configure automated workflows, including rules, approvals, notifications, and routing • Build and maintain JavaScript forms for TIM customization and identify automation opportunities • Support API integrations, data exchange, authentication services, and reporting tools with enterprise architects and development teams • Ensure policy, audit, and regulatory compliance and maintain documentation • Liaise between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors • Build dashboards and reports, track KPIs, and produce monthly license and usage reports • Deliver high system availability and performance, reduced manual work through automation, policy compliance, and measurable business value from optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years supporting BPM platforms • Hands-on experience with iGrafx or similar BPM platforms • Experience implementing workflow automation • Experience in system administration, application support, and business analysis • JavaScript form development experience • Stakeholder-facing process design experience • Knowledge of iGrafx Process360 or similar, TIM Solutions automation, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, SmartClient, Postman, and Python • Knowledge of BPMN, SIPOC, and VSM • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data • Understanding of SSO, Active Directory, and RBAC • Familiarity with reporting tools • PowerBI/Fabric, Azure Cloud, SQL/Oracle/T-SQL, ORDS, Java, Linux, and XML are nice to have • BPM certification (ABPMP/CBPP), regulated-industry experience, cloud enterprise-app experience, and PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum) are preferred • BPM expertise, workflow automation design, technical troubleshooting, systems integration, stakeholder and vendor management, analytical thinking, continuous improvement, documentation/compliance, communication, and training competencies
