• Review reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers • Ensure investigations are accurate, complete, timely, and adhere to customer and CACI requirements • Provide guidance on customer investigation requirements • Maintain quality and production meeting customer contract requirements and CACI performance expectations • Identify error trends and communicate them to investigators, record searchers, and management • Collaborate with review team members, field investigators, and record searchers to develop training and guidance • Complete other duties as assigned • Support the federal background investigation program and national security missions
• At least 12 months’ experience conducting/processing background investigations on behalf of the customer • Must currently work on the contract • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience • U.S. Citizenship • Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable U.S. Government security clearance • Minimum clearance required to start: Top Secret • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Detail oriented with a focus on analyzing information • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong customer service and teamwork skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Proficient in using the internet • Sense of mission in support of national security • Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and can-do attitude • Excellent time management and administrative skills
