📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and other knowledgeable individuals using technology, electronic tools, and multiple systems simultaneously • Review appropriate records to obtain facts • Resolve all material issues in cases to establish the subject’s background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications • Conduct interviews through VTC, phone, and in-person meetings, with VTC as the primary method • Attend intensive virtual online training • Complete additional shadowing and mentorship with an experienced Investigator • Potentially travel across the U.S. for temporary duty assignments, typically lasting two weeks • Maintain workflow efficiency and productivity across multiple technology systems • Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively • Listen attentively, respond to nonverbal cues, and deliver clear oral presentations • Maintain relationships with diverse individuals and handle challenging situations professionally • Produce succinct, organized written information appropriate for the intended audience

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing • Strong sense of mission in supporting national security initiatives • Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple technology systems simultaneously • Current driver’s license • Reliable personal vehicle • Willingness to travel locally depending on assignment location • Home office within reasonable distance to workload areas • Reliable high-speed Internet • Ability to sit, type, stand, or walk for extended periods • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively • Ability to listen attentively, respond appropriately to nonverbal cues, and make clear oral presentations • Ability to maintain relationships with diverse individuals and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism • Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling • Ability to produce succinct, organized written information, including technical material appropriate for the audience
