📋 Description
• Conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and other knowledgeable individuals • Review appropriate records to obtain facts and resolve material issues or establish the subject’s background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications • Document information and submit detailed investigation reports within strict timelines • Conduct interviews in person, by phone, and through Virtual Teleconference (VTC) • Attend intensive virtual training, in-field shadowing, and mentorship • Travel across the U.S. for temporary duty assignments typically lasting two or more weeks • Gain exposure to various field investigation contracts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing • Active Top Secret Clearance based on a T5 • Current driver’s license • Reliable personal vehicle • Willingness to extensively travel locally on a daily basis, dependent on assignment location • Home office equipped with high-speed Internet • Ability to walk, type, sit, or stand for extended periods • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively • Ability to listen attentively, respond appropriately to nonverbal cues, and make clear and convincing oral presentations • Ability to maintain strong relationships with diverse individuals and handle challenging situations tactfully and professionally • Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling • Strong sense of mission in supporting national security initiatives • Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude
