• Own Nexthink's most important and complex enterprise relationships • Drive renewals and expand platform adoption • Build multi-threaded, CxO-level relationships • Develop and execute strategic account plans • Partner with clients to deliver measurable value • Lead cross-functional teams
• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience • 2+ years in a Client Director or equivalent role • Direct experience in IT Service Management or adjacent enterprise software categories • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing at the executive level
