• Oversee global controllership functions, including financial reporting, technical accounting, internal control, revenue accounting, general ledgers, accounts payable, global tax, and financial systems • Oversee the global consolidated US GAAP audit and local statutory audits • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including consolidation and financial statement preparation • Ensure financial statements are completed in a timely and accurate manner • Lead global technical accounting, including research and drafting accounting memos for routine and non-routine transactions • Build and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting based on the COSO framework • Develop, execute, and maintain global financial systems and processes • Drive automation and AI adoption to improve operational efficiency • Support M&A activity • Drive audit committee meeting agendas and prepare meeting materials • Work with FP&A on senior leadership reporting, budgeting, and monthly forecasting • Mentor and develop a high-performing global team • Report to the CFO
• Candidates must be located in New England and/or the Tri-State area • BS/MS in Accounting or Finance • CPA required • Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience, including experience at a publicly traded company and PE-backed companies with revenue over $300M • Must be an existing Corporate/Global Controller in a scaled environment • 5 years in a major public accounting firm • Experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls highly preferred • Experience scaling accounting operations in a fast-growing environment • Experience supporting M&A activity • Experience managing a global team and interacting with global stakeholders • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
