📋 Description

• Support the sales organization in the local territory to overachieve revenue goals through presales support • Execute all pre-sales activities for sales opportunities within the Federal Civilian market • Provide day-to-day technical support, including discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, POVs, closeout meetings, and related activities • Engage customers and prospects to demonstrate Nexthink solutions and communicate value propositions and differentiators • Answer technical questions with credibility • Work with IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders to illustrate relevant use cases • Become a Nexthink subject matter expert and thought leader internally and externally • Help the sales team qualify leads by addressing business issues and demonstrating business value • Execute technical validation cycles, including POC/POV, to obtain the technical win • Complete technical questionnaires, security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs in line with Federal requirements • Participate in webinars, marketing events, and trade shows • Work independently when appropriate and escalate issues when needed • Collaborate with sales, professional services, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years selling into Federal Civilian Agencies with notable success • Experience and knowledge of the Federal market • Functional understanding of current industry security standards and regulations required for Federal engagements • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to interact comfortably with senior leaders, executives, and technical teams • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently with little guidance • Good judgment and ability to escalate issues when needed • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a velocity sales environment • Flair for technology and ability to quickly learn Nexthink products and services • Prior experience with End User Computing environments, IT Service Management, or Security/Governance/Risk/Compliance desirable • Team player able to find solutions in a dynamic work environment • Willingness to adapt to a fast-growing, fast-paced, and dynamic organization • At least 50% travel expected • Occasional international travel may be required • Ideally located in the Washington, DC Metro area with the ability to travel to DC regularly
