• Provide day-to-day technical support on sales opportunities • Participate in discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, POVs, and closeout meetings to achieve technical wins • Engage customers and prospects to demonstrate Nexthink solutions and communicate the core value proposition and differentiators • Answer technical questions credibly • Work with IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders to illustrate Nexthink use cases • Complete technical questionnaires, security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs in line with Federal requirements • Become a Nexthink subject matter expert and thought leader internally and externally • Help the sales team qualify leads using product capabilities and DoD requirements to address business challenges with value outcomes • Execute technical validation cycles, including POCs/POVs, to obtain technical wins • Participate in webinars, marketing events, and trade shows as a technical SME demonstrating the Nexthink solution • Report to the Senior Director of Solution Consulting (North America), with day-to-day priorities set by the local sales leader/sales team • Support the Federal DoD market as the business expands
• Minimum 3 years of presales experience selling to DoD Agencies • U.S. citizenship required due to U.S. Government contract requirements • Active or prior DoD clearance at Secret level or above • Experience and knowledge of the Federal market • Functional understanding of current industry security standards and regulations for Federal engagements • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to interact with senior leaders, executives, and technical teams • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently with little guidance • Good judgment and ability to escalate issues when needed • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a velocity sales environment • Ability to quickly learn Nexthink products and services • Prior experience with End User Computing environments, IT Service Management, or Security/Governance/Risk/Compliance desirable • Ability to thrive as a team player in a dynamic work environment • Willingness to adapt to a fast-growing, fast-paced, and dynamic organization • Willingness to travel 30–40%, potentially more based on seasonal needs • Occasional international travel may be required
