• Become a Nexthink subject matter expert and thought leader • Champion the business value of the Nexthink Platform internally and externally • Support the sales team in qualifying leads through product knowledge, customer issue analysis, and value demonstrations • Show how Nexthink solutions support broader customer initiatives and translate into measurable business outcomes • Engage stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to identify valuable use cases • Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions • Apply industry knowledge to keep deals moving forward • Run and facilitate value-based workshops for prospects • Support the local sales territory in exceeding revenue goals through hands-on presales support • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams • Represent Nexthink as a speaker at company events and marketing activities • Evangelize Nexthink internally and externally as a recognized thought leader • Travel to client sites across the West region and occasionally to other Nexthink locations in the USA and internationally
• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role • Ideally selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions • Proven track record partnering with a sales organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals • Experience introducing new technology into a new market as a key technical resource • Experience in Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and management; Digital Experience Monitoring; Cloud; Windows 10; O365; migration, release, or change-related projects; ITIL, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines; or Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Judgment to know when to escalate • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to engage senior leaders and executives • Team-oriented approach in a dynamic, fast-moving environment • Willingness to travel domestically to client sites across the West region and occasionally to other Nexthink locations in the USA and internationally
