📋 Description

• Lead high-visibility learning projects - creating, updating, and delivering training material for both online and classroom learning. • Plan and develop instructor-led and/or multimedia learning courses for Niagara’s internal team members. • Report project progress in a way consistent with department project management protocol. • Troubleshoot problems with multimedia content. • Produces and edits video content as required. • Drives the curriculum design for compelling training programs, learning activities including instructor led, online, and alternative. • Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accurate content. • Evaluates the results of training programs and modifies future programs to better meet the needs of the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment • 4 Years – Experience in Position • 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects • Proficiency in, but not limited to: Adult learning methods and pedagogy • Articulate 360, Microsoft Office Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, and associated design software • Multimedia skills: Proficient in manipulating and synchronizing audio files for use in e-learning • Ability to identify and interpret multimedia design needs and to develop creative and responsive design concepts. • General instructional design concepts, with an understanding of how a LMS functions and its role in deploying e-learning courses. • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design and other related fields or equivalent experience
