📋 Description

• Architect, evolve, and manage a best-in-class manager development portfolio aligned with business priorities • Embed Leading @ Nielsen practices across global teams • Design and scale a Manager Onboarding Journey for internal and external hires • Drive alignment to business strategy, culture, and leadership expectations • Build targeted capability solutions for coaching, feedback, and innovating with AI • Own program design from initial concept through final deployment and iteration • Align with the executive development program manager to create a holistic leadership development portfolio • Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking to create impactful learning experiences • Leverage innovative technology platforms and external best practices for scalable global learning delivery • Establish baseline metrics and learning evaluation frameworks • Measure capability shifts, optimize program effectiveness, and connect manager development to business outcomes • Partner with Talent, Learning, Culture and Engagement teams and HRBP teams on complex talent challenges • Keep manager development current with emerging technology, AI, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and scaling transformative leadership and manager development initiatives in a complex, global organization • Deep expertise as a learning designer with a proven track record of owning full program architecture • Experience applying Human-Centered Design (Design Thinking) and modern learning technology for leadership audiences • Deep background in talent and leadership assessment models, including 360° feedback and psychometrics (e.g., Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, or similar) • Coaching certifications strongly valued • Demonstrated experience selecting and managing global vendor partnerships in matrixed, international environments • Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR, or Business strongly preferred • Ability to measure learning ROI using data analytics to prove business value and pipeline health • Exceptional facilitation skills • Ability to communicate complex concepts, build alignment, and influence senior business leaders and HR executives
