• Develop, administer, teach, and evaluate students in general education coursework • Advise and mentor students throughout their coursework • Monitor student performance against course objectives and published schedules • Complete annual professional development to keep growing in your craft • Deliver fast, personalized grading — all grading completed within 5 days of week's end • Post at least two personalized weekly announcements and participate in discussion boards at least three separate days a week, with substantive replies that push discussions forward • Provide meaningful, written feedback on instructor-graded work for any student who didn't score 100% • Run regular office hours, review sessions, or tutorials, and proactively identify support for at-risk students
• A Master's Degree in your teaching domain from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) • At least 18 credit hours of direct study in the discipline you'll be teaching • Minimum of 1 year of experience in higher education (online experience preferred) • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (online preferred)
