📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer implementations, driving on-time, on-scope go-lives and a high-quality onboarding experience • Build relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders within the DME/HME industry • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing scope, risks, and dependencies • Lead kickoff calls and coordinate platform configuration, data migration, integrations, go-live, and post-launch handoff • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve blockers and improve the implementation process • Analyze project and adoption data to track progress, surface risks, and report status to customers and internal leadership • Deliver training, best practices, and guidance to support customers' long-term success • Monitor SaaS and DME/HME industry trends to anticipate implementation challenges and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management within a SaaS company • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and deliver projects on time and within scope • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to align and influence stakeholders at all levels • Data-driven and organized mindset • Comfortable using project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Smartsheet • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
