📋 Description

• Development of product roadmap and execution across Product, Engineering, and Transmission Planning • Translation of customer, market, and founder insight into product strategy, priorities, and execution plans • Building the operating cadence for product development: roadmap planning, product reviews, execution reviews, and customer feedback loops • Management and coaching of Product Leads, VP Engineering, and VP Transmission Planning. • Cross-functional decision-making across customer value, technical feasibility, domain correctness, speed, and business impact • Product quality, usability, reliability, and customer impact

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product or technical leadership experience in complex B2B software • Strong product judgment and track record of execution: you can turn ambiguity into plans, owners, milestones, and shipped product • Ability to quickly learn a highly niche / complex domain • Experience managing product teams, engineering teams, or cross-functional technical teams • Excellent communication and people leadership skills • Comfort partnering closely with founders while progressively taking ownership of product strategy and roadmap • VP Product / CPO at a technical B2B SaaS company. • GM of a complex technical product line. • Product leader who has managed a team or product function end to end • Former technical or product founder who scaled into executive leadership • Bonus points for experience in energy, grid infrastructure, climate, utilities, transmission, interconnection, or power markets
