📋 Description

• Support and maintain assigned services and systems • Work with the team to monitor, analyze, and plan upgrades • Monitor the production issue queue and resolve issues while maintaining Customer Service Level Agreements • Execute assigned project tasks • Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards, systems development, and delivery methodologies • Integrate end-user requests with software functionality • Analyze and provide recommendations on application build and system functionality • Support reliability for current and future system use • Diagnose problems and assist with solutions across the assigned NMHC distributed system Information Services environment • Participate in the on-call rotation • Maintain application and technical documentation and architecture diagrams

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Epic Cadence • 2–5 years of experience in the core discipline • Bachelor's degree preferred • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation • Background check authorization and disclosure required upon offer
