📋 Description
• Create branded graphics, social posts, and short-form content across platforms • Design assets for campaigns, announcements, and partner promotions • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content • Collaborate with the social, email, and growth teams on content needs • Batch-produce content in advance to maintain a consistent publishing schedule • Iterate on creative based on performance data to improve conversion
🎯 Requirements
• No degree required; portfolio required • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools • Illustrator or Photoshop experience is a plus • Strong aesthetic sense and brand awareness • Comfortable with copywriting and visual design • Able to turn around assets quickly without sacrificing quality • Organized and able to meet content deadlines
