📋 Description

• Manage the NoGigiddy referral program end to end — tracking, payouts, and communication • Identify and engage with power users, community leaders, and micro-influencers who can amplify NoGigiddy • Conduct outreach to potential referral partners — bloggers, forum admins, Facebook group owners • Monitor referral performance metrics and optimize program mechanics for higher participation • Coordinate with the growth and marketing teams on referral campaign pushes • Handle referral-related user questions and disputes professionally • Report monthly on referral traffic, signups, and program ROI

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • Organized with the ability to manage a program with many moving parts • Data-comfortable — able to track performance in spreadsheets or basic dashboards • Self-starter who builds relationships proactively • Interest in growth, community, or word-of-mouth marketing
