📋 Description
• Own and ship design end-to-end: concept, prototype, production • Define and evolve the visual language across web and product surfaces • Build motion and interaction systems that feel intentional and alive • Work closely with engineers to ship pixel-perfect implementation • Know when to use the design system, when to break it, and when to evolve it • Maintain and extend design systems
