📋 Description

• Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and production-readiness plans • Support deployment and optimization through architecture guidance, configuration advice, APIs, scripts, automation, and technical best practices • Lead technical deep dives, diagnose complex configuration and integration issues, develop mitigations, and coordinate technical escalations with Support and Engineering • Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows through workshops, enablement, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns • Work closely with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support • Channel technical customer insights back into the platform • Lead technical execution alongside the Customer Solutions Architect to achieve scalable customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment, such as Solutions Engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, customer engineering, or technical consulting • Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages for diagnostics, automation, data processing, and integrations • Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, security controls, system integrations, and production troubleshooting • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical customer conversations and explain complex concepts clearly • Proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and a preference for scalable, reusable solutions • Familiarity with AI technologies and workflows, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP • Background in cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, data protection, or cloud infrastructure • Experience with containers, CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, observability platforms, CRMs, or ticketing systems
