📋 Description

• Drive comprehensive business analysis for complex enterprise system initiatives • Manage requirements validation and solution delivery throughout development lifecycles • Enhance system integration processes and data management across enterprise applications • Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable, measurable solutions • Facilitate workshops and sessions for requirement elicitation, prioritization, and validation • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and optimize business system configurations • Lead documentation efforts and maintain comprehensive business analysis artifacts for enterprise systems • Drive collaboration with developers, architects, project managers, and business owners to ensure aligned, on-time delivery • Manage the business analysis process across the SDLC and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize business processes • Co-create and deliver innovative solutions to complex systems challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's / Master's degree or its equivalent • In-depth understanding of business analysis methodologies, including advanced elicitation techniques and functional specification standards • Domain expertise in complex business problems, enterprise configuration, and change management principles • Advanced working knowledge of enterprise system integration, data mapping, and end-to-end traceability across business platforms • Comprehensive understanding of SDLC processes, requirements validation, and UAT coordination • Stakeholder facilitation and consensus-building skills for cross-functional workshops • Experience performing current-state and future-state process gap analyses • Ability to leverage generative AI for requirements documentation, gap analysis, user story creation, and test scenario generation
