📋 Description

• Lead strategic programs from planning to sustainment • Maintain end-to-end accountability for program delivery • Report program benefits to Executive Sponsors and Governance Boards • Lead program definition, planning, scope, and execution • Monitor program health, anticipate risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans • Define integrated program plans, detailed work breakdown structures, and required deliverables • Identify program dependencies and interdependencies • Scope, size, and lead implementation of transformation and growth opportunities • Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate program status to executive sponsors and governance forums • Work independently in ambiguous circumstances to create clear paths forward • Adopt best-practice guidelines and implement continuous improvements to PMO processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field, or equivalent • Professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager in an IT organization • Sufficient technical background to provide credibility to technical teams and objectively evaluate risks and issues • Experience working on projects/programs supporting Enterprise Applications • Experience managing external implementation providers • Solid leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills • Excellent presentation and communication abilities • Successful track record of stakeholder management and leading communication across senior leadership and technical teams
