📋 Description

• Advocate best practices for customers and internal teams during product implementation • Provide customer feedback to the Product team • Serve as the central point of contact for customers • Lead the integrated account team delivering customer success • Partner with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency and high-quality service • Keep customers engaged • Identify service enhancements and potential problems • Ensure continuous improvements to customer service delivery quality • Communicate with internal and external customers and partners • Share information and deliverables • Manage customer engagements from pre-sales through integration and performance • Build technical solutions and act as an end-to-end trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent • Experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry • Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully • Understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies and architectures • Understanding of project management methodologies • Experience managing multiple priorities • Strong communication skills • Ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels
