📋 Description

• Provide Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients • Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems • Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy • Track and document risks and issues • Analyze and document workflows • Work closely with project leadership on documentation and facilitation • Work directly with Epic end users; monitor workflows and provide documentation and optimization suggestions • Lead meetings regarding project status and ongoing work-product coordination • Perform additional project-specific duties documented in client statements of work • Represent the company at corporate functions and help build relationships with prospective consultants, clients, and Nordic coworkers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of Epic experience • At least 1 current Epic Research certification (Research-Clinical or Research-Billing) • Experience implementing Epic required • At least one Epic certification; multiple certifications preferred • Minimum two years’ Epic work experience after certification • Some project management experience preferred • PMP strongly preferred for project management/leadership roles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized; able to multitask and maintain intense focus • Self-starter able to maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and monitor work product • Highly adaptable and able to acclimate quickly to new project assignments and environments • Ability to work successfully with different teams and co-workers • Ability to comply with client workplace rules and regulations • Flexibility for varying travel and living arrangements due to project location changes • Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others • Strong work ethic, integrity, respect, reliability, and professionalism
