• Receive a high volume of calls daily • Present offers to patients • Overcome patient objections to schedule appointments • Schedule a high volume of appointments • Use product knowledge to showcase solutions dental practices can offer patients • Use company databases and software to track progress • Address patient concerns and issues, taking ownership of solutions • Work with practice teams on timely patient solutions • Manage sensitive and critical information according to company policies, laws, and regulations • Collect missing information and update outdated information • Consistently meet or exceed department key performance indicators • Work all scheduled workdays and hours and report to work on time • Participate in company contests and incentives • Complete special projects or other assigned responsibilities
• Must have patient customer representative experience • 2+ years’ experience providing superior customer service • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred • Strong computer skills • Typing speed of 45+ WPM • Ability to multitask across different software and programs while maintaining a conversation • Must have reliable high-speed internet • Must have a private workspace from home • Ability to work scheduled workdays and hours and report on time • Ability to manage sensitive and critical information in compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
