📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of automated data pipelines, standard methodologies for data analytics, database architecture, and strategic insights • Lead and develop a team spanning data engineering, business intelligence, and analysis • Own the operational health of the team's data integration infrastructure • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Risk to improve customer acquisition, onboarding, customer service, and fraud detection • Mentor, motivate, coach, and support data engineers, business intelligence engineers, and business intelligence architects • Deliver and maintain data services, interfaces, and real-time data pipelines • Establish CI/CD and GitHub practices for data pipelines and mentor the team toward mature version-control and deployment workflows • Interact with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state capabilities and requirements and translate them into detailed designs • Maintain analytics and data integration platforms with the internal cloud team • Manage integration infrastructure upkeep, including starting and stopping services and installing and testing platform upgrades on Ubuntu servers • Partner with platform architects to analyze the current environment, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements • Communicate team accomplishments to leadership through KPIs and reporting • Establish long-term strategy and technical architecture and short-term scope for the enterprise data platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or a related domain • 4+ years of hands-on management experience with a track record of hiring and growing teams as well as providing coaching and mentoring • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to operate in a fast-moving environment • Hands-on approach to closing gaps in data infrastructure and technical execution • Ability to code in SQL and experience with ETL solutions (Informatica IICS and Qlik Replicate) • Prior experience with Snowflake, AWS, Qlik Replicate, Informatica IICS, and HubSpot • No sponsorship is available for this position at this time
