📋 Description

• Review work, data, processes, and completed tasks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards • Identify errors, defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from established procedures • Document quality issues clearly and provide sufficient detail for resolution • Track quality results and identify recurring issues, patterns, and trends • Communicate findings and support corrective actions • Follow up to ensure identified issues are properly resolved • Maintain organized records of inspections, reviews, test results, and quality documentation • Follow established quality procedures, checklists, and guidelines • Handle company and confidential information with care and professionalism • Identify practical process improvements to reduce errors and maintain consistent quality • Stay current with relevant quality standards, tools, and procedures • Assist with other quality-related and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspection, or a related role • High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with quality management systems or inspection software is helpful but not required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear and professional written and verbal communication • Good organization and time-management skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment • Comfortable communicating through email, messaging platforms, and video meetings • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
