📋 Description

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap. • Establish development standards, governance, and best practices. • Lead solution architecture reviews and technical design sessions. • Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. • Design, develop, configure, and support complex ServiceNow solutions. • Develop custom applications, integrations, workflows, business rules, and catalog items. • Configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspaces. • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards. • Implement HAM and SAM solutions, including discovery, normalization, reconciliation, compliance, software optimization, vendor audits, and asset lifecycle management. • Implement SPM demand, project, portfolio, resource, agile, and financial management capabilities. • Create executive dashboards and reporting solutions. • Architect ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog capabilities in alignment with ITIL best practices. • Implement HRSD case management, employee lifecycle events, and self-service experiences while ensuring privacy and security compliance. • Mentor developers and administrators. • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • 8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience. • 5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). • Proven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. • Strong expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM. • Advanced experience with JavaScript and core ServiceNow development tooling, including Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. • Experience managing stakeholders and communicating technical solutions to business or executive audiences. • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. • CIS-ITSM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-SPM, or CIS-HRSD certification preferred. • ITIL 4 or ITIL 5 certification preferred. • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
