📋 Description

• Review project requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Sector Capital procedures • Create and manage SAP artifacts for all approved project requests (projects, WBS elements, networks, budgets & schedules, etc.) • Collaborate with project execution leads throughout project execution, ensuring timely in-service of completed assets as well as meeting cost & schedule targets • Minimize Assets Under Construction (AUC) balances, completing asset capitalizations shortly after asset in-service, and presenting at quarterly AUC burndown SOX compliance reviews • Maintain capitalization accountability records • Obtain inputs, model, and submit monthly forecasting of Capital expenditure and Depreciation, including providing variance to budget explanations • Participate in monthly leadership status reviews of Capital • Support internal and external audit inquiries • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or similar field – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or similar field • Proficiency using SAP ERP • Strong experience with MS Office products (specifically Excel) • Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data • Ability to work during normal Pacific Time (PT) business hours (for example, 8am – 5pm PT) • Strong written and oral communication skills
