📋 Description

• Support Global Supply Chain statement of work in Supplier Administration, Supplier Quality, or Compliance • Compile, cleanse, and normalize data from ERP systems, including purchase orders, subcontracts, corporate agreements, and finance systems for indirect purchases • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm product and service specifications and requirements • Support cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier-selection risk-mitigation efforts • Follow company procedures and public law requirements, including basic import/export and compliance guidelines • Complete an end-of-internship project and present results and recommendations to Global Supply Chain leadership • Support assigned Global Supply Chain functional team day-to-day activities and projects • Collaborate with other interns and cross-functional partners on projects and improvement initiatives • Interact with users, customers, and other developers in a dynamic, people-focused environment

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university • Will be enrolled full-time in Fall 2027 • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher • Major in or prior major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field • Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027 • U.S. citizenship • Preferred: clear professional email and verbal communication • Preferred: ability to track multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and break large projects into smaller steps • Preferred: detail-oriented and self-starting in a remote environment • Preferred: ability to adjust to changing priorities, accept constructive feedback, and learn from mistakes • Preferred: ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups and build positive workplace relationships • Preferred: exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle • Preferred: familiarity with SAP, CAGE, and SAM.GOV systems • Preferred: familiarity with Power BI or Tableau and basic SQL • Preferred: familiarity with PO status reporting and/or SharePoint administration
