📋 Description

• Engage as an active team member for complex and high-visibility resource management and program resource forecasting tools • Prepare integrated project execution plans and identify technical and business resources • Establish roles, responsibilities, and engagement models for matrixed teams • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical, security, and business requirements • Provide guidance to project teams using IT and project-management principles • Incorporate current IT best practices, methods, and tools into project strategies and execution • Determine and develop solution approaches under general direction • Make project-level decisions regarding risk, priorities, and resource allocation • Coordinate delivery of information systems and services across design, development, security, testing, and deployment • Interface with cross-sector and external stakeholders on difficult technical issues • Develop and implement business-readiness and change-management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 3 years with a Master’s; 1 year with a PhD; or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree • Demonstrated experience leading IT projects or programs spanning multiple functional organizations • Ability to work under general direction and independently determine approaches to solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills • Experience interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
