📋 Description

• Analyze, evaluate, modify, configure, test, and implement enterprise-wide purchased systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft • Prepare application system specifications • Plan, implement, and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance • Design, implement, and maintain the SAP S/4HANA security framework • Perform Segregation-of-Duties analysis, job-role analysis, Fiori app/T-code usage analysis, and role design using GRC • Support SAP system upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing security enhancements • Collaborate with functional analysts, solution architects, and development teams to embed security in business processes • Produce and maintain technical documentation, security policies, and audit-ready records • Mentor junior staff and contribute to security training and standards • Participate in weekly CAB meetings and explain SAP Security changes planned for the week • Safeguard the SAP landscape across S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, GTS, MDG, and SAP Cloud • Maintain least-privilege access, user provisioning, security roles, and Fiori catalogs/spaces/pages across environments • Perform peer reviews of security analysts' work • Lead or contribute to security design and rollout initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6 years with a Master's degree; 4 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience may be considered • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori (front-end and back-end), BTP, SAP Cloud, and emerging SAP technologies • Hands-on experience configuring security roles and authorization objects and performing SoD analysis • Proficiency with ControlPanelGRC, MDG, Joule, and Clean-Core concepts • Ability to maintain user provisioning, role design, and Fiori catalogs/spaces/pages across Development, QA, and Production environments • Ability to maintain SAP Security user roles in a multi-path environment with multiple projects and recurring work in parallel • Understanding of impacts to role versioning • Ability to perform peer reviews of other Security analysts • Strong background in SAP authorization concepts, Fiori concepts, CIS, SAP SoD, and SOX/federal audit requirements • Experience implementing Least Privilege principles and documenting security matrices, role definitions, and mitigating controls • Proven project-management skills • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration abilities • Experience mentoring team members, creating security standards, and delivering training materials • Familiarity with Manufacturing, Materials & Sustainment, and PEO processes as they relate to SAP security • Clear, concise verbal and written communication • Ability to monitor and enforce license entitlements • Confidence troubleshooting complex security issues in Fiori and backend SAP Security Roles • Travel up to 25% of the time • U.S. Citizenship is required for certain restricted positions and positions with government clearance
