• Act as the focal point between Global Supply Chain’s Procurement and Program organizations to ensure supplier On-Time-Delivery (OTD) • Coordinate procurement and delivery-management activities • Manage purchase-order on-time delivery with the procurement team • Work with suppliers to identify non-supporting deliveries and their impact on schedules • Facilitate development of milestone plans and return-to-green plans • Resolve complex issues with cross-functional teams through closure • Use SDMS and S4/HANA to communicate purchase-order status to suppliers and programs • Use trends and historical metrics to foresee procurement risks • Prioritize competing tasks and close lagging subtasks • Travel to regional supplier locations as needed • Present timely and accurate data to larger teams
• Level 2: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience, or Master’s degree, in Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Project Management, Product Support, Training, or Cross-departmental coordination • Level 2 alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience • Level 3: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience, Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience, or PhD with 1 year experience in the listed fields • Level 3 alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience • SAP or another ordering platform experience in procurement or inventory management • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and obtain and maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable period after starting • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Preferred: vLookup, xLookup, PivotTables, Boolean, and large-data-set aggregation methods • Preferred: Office 365 tools including Power Automate, Lists, and Power Apps • Preferred: Understanding of Federal Logistics Info System (FLIS), Mil-Specs, standards, and drawings • Preferred: Experience with flight-worthy parts and acceptability • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • U.S. citizenship required for positions with a government clearance
