📋 Description

• Act as the focal point between Global Supply Chain’s Procurement and Program organizations to ensure supplier On-Time-Delivery (OTD) • Coordinate supply chain planning activities and manage competing priorities • Use trends and historical metrics to foresee risks in procurement activities • Own scope and identify requirements for repeatable success • Travel to regional supplier locations as needed • Partner with procurement teams to manage purchase-order on-time delivery • Work with suppliers to identify unsupported deliveries and schedule impacts • Facilitate milestone plans and return-to-green plans • Resolve complex issues with cross-functional teams through closure • Use SDMS and S4/HANA to communicate purchase-order status to suppliers and programs • Present timely, accurate data to larger teams

🎯 Requirements

• Level 2: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree • Level 2 alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree • Level 3: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year • Level 3 alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree • Relevant fields include Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Project Management, Product Support, Training, or Cross-departmental coordination • SAP or another ordering platform experience in procurement or inventory management • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance and maintain Program Special Access after starting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Preferred: vLookup, xLookup, PivotTables, Boolean methods, and large-data-set aggregation • Preferred: Power Automate, Lists, and Power Apps • Preferred: Understanding of FLIS, Mil-Specs, standards, and drawings • Preferred: Experience with flight-worthy parts and acceptability • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • U.S. citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance
