📋 Description

• Join Northwest Permanente’s neurology team as a remotely practicing Neurologist and Epileptologist • Provide outpatient-only neurological care • See 12–13 patients per 8-hour day • Work a 4-day week at 0.9 FTE • Collaborate with a closely connected team of 12 neurologists and 3 nurse practitioners • Work with RN Care Managers and a clinical pharmacist supporting patient calls and emails • Work without stroke call obligations • Practice within an integrated healthcare model with access to dozens of specialties

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Neurology • Fellowship in Epilepsy • Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, or Texas • Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area
