📋 Description

• Provide virtual primary care through telephonic and video visits • Support the Longview/Kelso Primary Care clinic virtually • Provide care for regional Kaiser Permanente members • Manage a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older • Deliver high-quality, comprehensive care • Collaborate with an integrated team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff • Incorporate virtual care into practice

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, or Texas • Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area • Minimum three years of experience providing direct patient primary care post-resident training • Experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice • Ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care • Ability to manage a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older
