• Make fair, accurate, timely, and quality claims decisions on life insurance claims • Examine claim information and analyze data during claim review process • Deliver personalized experience for beneficiaries and field members • Manage phone and transactional responsibilities, adhering to confidentiality standards • Research and evaluate solutions to situations that arise • Participate in team meetings and support process improvements
