📋 Description

• Create streamlined automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for core program management workflows, including attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs • Proactively audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime • Collaborate across departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for active workflows, databases, and automation logic • Provide training and technical support to internal team members for adoption of automated systems • Stay current with emerging automation trends, features, and third-party integrations to improve company operations • Take full ownership of program management systems and continuously identify optimization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier • Deep structural understanding of relational databases, complex automation logic, and business process optimization • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex workflow or integration errors independently • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into technical workflows • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment • Resume highlighting relevant technical and automation experience • Cover letter detailing specific Airtable and Zapier project experience, role and ownership, business problems addressed, project scale, quantitative impact measures, and motivation to partner with NORY
