📋 Description
• Provide customized support to children so projects and activities run smoothly • Help create a positive, fun, and safe environment where every camper feels valued • Maintain camp safety standards and supervise campers • Work alongside the lead counselor to organize and lead activities • Prepare before camp and support a successful day • Contribute to meaningful summer experiences for campers and staff
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with children ages 3–12 (1+ year preferred) • Eagerness to learn new technology and skills • Positive mindset and problem-solving orientation • Growth-oriented attitude and openness to feedback • Empathy and enthusiasm for working with children • Energetic and fun personality • Ability to contribute as a team player • STEM background not required; comprehensive training provided
