📋 Description

• Develop and execute a roadmap empowering large organizations to onboard and scale agents into Notion’s system of record with confidence. • Work across product and engineering teams to drive scalable systems for user and agent management, team collaboration, and enterprise visibility. • Champion seamless and delightful Enterprise experiences, ensuring security-minded organizations shape product decisions. • Engage with Notion’s admin and builder personas to understand their challenges and drive solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of delivering impactful product launches and improvements in B2B environments. • AI Governance Background with fluency and point of view around AI governance. • Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally. • Integration fluency through experience with MCP servers, API development, and enterprise integrations. • Ongoing curiosity with using AI tools for product development process. • Comfort with ambiguity and pace, delivering results with urgency.
