• Manage payroll and budgets for landscape operations • Train crews and ensure site maintenance meets company standards • Create job schedules and adjust for weather or staffing • Supervise equipment and maintain safety protocols

• Ability to manage a large scale landscape operation • Ability to train crews in safe operations • Proficient with all landscaping duties including planting and maintenance • Ability to operate various mechanical equipment
